Dr Jaber is a senior consultant and the lead for neuroradiology training at the Imaging Academy of Wales.

He is a neuroradiologist at the tertiary referral centre in Cardiff and provides regional expertise at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend.

Dr. David Doig

David Doig is a Consultant Neuroradiologist with University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at University College London. He covers both adult and paediatric patients, with particular input into the paediatric proton beam therapy service.

He is an experienced educator - a member of the educational subcommittee of the British Society of Neuroradiologists, a lecturer on the stroke and advanced neuroimaging MSc programmes at University College London, and was recently appointed as the training programme director for the London Clinical Neuroradiology Programme.

He also has an active programme of stroke research with the UCL Stroke Research Centre and is the clinical lead for stroke imaging at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square.

Louisa Edwards is a highly experienced Advanced Practice Radiographer specializing in CT Colonography. She holds a prominent position at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board as the Project Lead for Radiology Pathway Navigation, where she expertly navigates and optimises radiology services to enhance patient care.

In addition to her clinical work, Louisa is dedicated to fostering professional development and education within the radiography community. As an SCoR Learning Representative, she plays a crucial role in promoting continuous learning and professional growth for her colleagues.

Consultant Cardiologist at Princess of Wales Hospital, South Wales - Specialist in Cardiac CT and MRI.

Dr. Sri Kannoly is a highly experienced consultant cardiologist with over 27 years of experience in the field. He is a specialist in advanced cardiac CT and MRI, and currently works at Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend. Dr. Kannoly is a member of the British Society of Cardiovascular Imaging and the British Society of Cardiovascular CT demonstrating his dedication to staying current with the latest developments and best practices in his field.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Kannoly is highly regarded for his skills in teaching and mentoring. He serves as the lead trainer for cardiac CT at Princess of Wales Hospital and has trained numerous radiologists and cardiologists throughout his career. He currently works as a consultant in Musculoskeletal, Sport & Exercise Medicine.

I have over 16 years of experience as a Radiographer, with around a decade specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) reporting and more recently extending my expertise into chest reporting.

In addition to my core reporting role, I am an active member of the SPA team and contribute to CT services at the Princess of Wales Hospital. I have taught postgraduate reporting students, and have years of experience providing reporting training sessions for junior doctors, and delivering CPD presentations for the radiography team, focusing on image quality optimisation and the interpretation of pathologies.

Jamie White is an experienced Radiographer specialising in MSK trauma imaging and chest radiography. He plays a critical role at the Princess of Wales Hospital, where he actively improves lung cancer screening pathways and emergency department imaging workflows.

With years of experience teaching both junior doctors and postgraduate reporting radiographers, Mr. White brings a practical, clinically relevant approach to every session. His teaching focuses on clarity, pattern recognition, and confidence in reporting — especially within fast-paced emergency settings. He is known for bridging the gap between textbook learning and real-world diagnostic accuracy.

My interest is in general radiology with a subspecialty interest in Head and Neck Radiology
I was a previous committee member of the British Society of Head and Neck Imaging Society as the Trainee Representative. I am incredibly enthusiastic about teaching, and have taught extensively to a wide range of audiences including medical students, sonographers, radiographers, radiology and non radiology resident doctors and consultants. This includes on a national level at the BSHNI Annual Refresher Course in 2025.

Helena Salgueiro

Qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer since 2011, having been dedicated to MRI for the last 10 years working across different NHS hospitals, such as the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Royal Brompton Specialist Care. In this last clinical experience, I had the chance to be in the forefront of the latest developments and advanced cases in Cardiac MRI, which made me develop a special interest and expertise in the area.

Having always had a special interest in image quality optimization and technology, I have joined GE Healthcare in 2021 as a Clinical Education Specialist, being now the Digital Education Leader, co-ordinating and delivering training to GEHC MRI equipment users, mostly dedicated to Cardiac MRI.
